Byron Portley is the founder and owner of Impulse Entertainment, a Texas-based record label and marketing agency specializing in bold, creative advertising and artist development. With a background in audio engineering and digital filmmaking from the Art Institute of Dallas, he crafts distinctive campaigns and content that stand out on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
